Brand Ambassador Agreement

AMBASSADOR PARTICIPATION

By submitting, the ambassador sign up form, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

I am 18 years old or older.
I am not an employee, agent, franchise, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
I am subscribing to the company email list

AMBASSADOR COMMITMENTS

I will promote and market The Cheeky Life products to customers, following the below guidelines to the best of my ability:

Share brand message on social networks.
Receive new products and provide photo or video content for promotional, social, or catalog use.
Share on-brand content using our brand hashtag and handle: #TheCheekyLifeAmbassador, @the_cheeky_life.
Maintain high standard quality for content: messaging and visuals.
Be respectful and courteous when communicating on social media.

AMBASSADOR CONCENSUS

When using hashtag tagging #TheCheekyLifeAmbassador or tagging @the_cheeky_life, The Cheeky Life will own the rights to use the image for email marketing or website content.
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments without the consent and signed contract with The Cheeky Life Team.
I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
I will promote The Cheeky Life products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #TheCheekyLifeAmbassador, @the_cheeky_life, in each post that relates to The Cheeky Life products. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by The Cheeky Life as long as I tag @the_cheeky_life upon publishing the post.
I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all promotional codes effective immediately.
If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to The Cheeky Life will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
I have read the company’s privacy policy and I agree to these terms.

THE CHEEKY LIFE COMMITMENTS

The Cheeky Life (Company) understands and agrees:

Company will give the Brand Ambassador a promotional code that offers 25% off when applied at checkout on TheCheekyLife.com.
Company may provide free product(s) to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks at any time.
If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 15 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.

GENERAL

Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice. The notice may be via email.
The Cheeky Life may alter or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
